This website was created to form a community for women to anonymously discuss their marital issues and gain insight into making changes for the better. Most of us got married because we fell head over heals in love with that special person, the one we couldn't imagine a life without. Then, somewhere down the road that love fades and frustration, bitterness, anger and resentment slowly begin to replace it and will continue to get worse if not dealt with.

What sets apart the marriages that work, from the ones that fail?

The biggest difference is effort. No one has a perfect marriage, no one is 100% satisfied all of the time, but the marriages that don't end in divorce are the ones where one or both people involved are willing to put in effort.

I would like to encourage you, if you are struggling in your marriage, to jump into our forums and start talking about your issues, you will find people from all walks of life who know exactly what you are going through. Sometimes it just helps to know that you are not alone. You can also read advice that others have given and you can post your own comments and start your own threads in the forum. You can post under a username to remain anonymous so you feel more comfortable sharing with others who can learn from your experiences.

That man you married was the love of your life at one point and now is the time to start working towards falling in love all over again. Believe me, if you are willing to put the right effort in, you can be happier, argue less, and start enjoying an enhanced marriage very soon. If you have children, just think about the great example you can set for them and their future or current marriage.
