rule #1.  Never miss a chance to celebrate. 

 

As a young girl, my mom taught me the importance of celebrating the people that surrounded me.  We celebrated everyone’s good grades, blue ribbons, lost teeth and birthdays.  We celebrated the good days and we celebrated overcoming the bad days.  As I have grown the celebrations continue.   

 

Each small celebration encourages and lifts up the life of another.  There is no greater gift than this. 

 

I hope that Lillian Day will be a tool for you to lift up and encourage those that surround you.  Celebrate the lives of those you love - everyday.
